Held on 28 & 29 May 2021, this was the online convention for Kiwanis Asia-Pacific (ASPAC). The planning and coordination of this project started in early January 2021.

Kiwanis is an international NGO with 550,000 members world wide. Initially, the in-person annual conference was meant to be held in Sendai, Japan however due to the Covid plandemic, the Kiwanis Asia-Pacific organizing committee decided to hold this conference as a hybrid-virtual event.

We streamed the event via Zoom and had 50+ speakers and panelist. This event was a paying event and had 3000 online attendees.

We provided a full turn-key service to stream and also market this convention for Kiwanis.

We built the conference website, managed their social media, conducted email marketing and also managed their attendee registration and payment.
